Introduction: Computer-assisted surgery technique associated with CAD/CAM technology contributes to attain accuracy in osseointegrated implant placement, as it follows a virtual planning that allows one to visualize the need for prosthesis placement associated Dental Pres Implantol. 2014 July-Sept;8(3):66-75 75 Reabilitação de maxila em carga imediata utilizando técnica guiada flapless, baseada em planejamento virtual pré-cirúrgico: relato de caso clínico with the amount of bone available. Objective: he objective of this study is to report a case of rehabilitation in the maxillary arch conducted by means of NeoGuide system (Neodent, Curitiba/PR, Brazil) associated with computer-assisted lapless immediate implant surgery. Methods: Once CT scan preparation and virtual planning were completed, eight Titamax EX cone-morse (Neodent) implants were placed with the aid of a prototyped surgical guide. After implant placement, panoramic radiograph and CT scans were taken. Subsequently, a ixed implant-supported prosthesis was placed. Conclusion: Computer-assisted lapless immediate implant surgery proved valuable for rehabilitation treatment of edentulous maxillary arches, as it reduced surgical time and minimized post-operative symptoms such as pain, swelling and inlammation.
