Conservative Treatment of a Peg-shaped Maxillary Lateral Incisive Case

It’s presented a case report in which there was a peg-shaped lateral incisor that could have been extracted during the orthodontic treatment considering its size and position in the arch. The conserving treatment helped by the restorative dentistry got an excellent result which indicates that in similar situations the early extraction of a peg-shaped tooth is not necessarily the best solution.
