The objective of the present study was to evaluate the routine practice of interceptive Orthodontics procedures, as a solution, to solve different malocclusion problems. A total of 22 patients were selected, with Class I, Class II subdivision 1 and Class III malocclusion, according to Angle’s classification which records were obtained from the Centro de Ortodontia Integrado (COI) - Natal/RN/Brazil. Were selected only cases treated exclusively by interceptive Orthodontics which did not need complementary orthodontic treatment after permanent dentition was established. The results of this research allow us to conclude that a malocclusion which is intercepted in its early stage can guide to a normal development of the permanent dentition.
