This article aimed to discuss the aspects related to malocclusions early treatment, for guiding the dentist actions concerning the primary and mixed dentition irregularities. Thus the preventive and interceptive treatment advantages and disadvantages were shown, as long as the cases that should, that may and that shouldn’t be early treated.
