Orthodontic-Surgical Treatment in Class II Patient with Open Bite and Dental Lost.

It’s described a clinical case of dento-facial deformity patient with Class II and open bite malocclusion, with dental lost. The treatment was realized with orthodontic and orthognathic surgery. It’s shown the orthodontic mechanics and surgical principles used, as well as the obtained results.
