Multidisciplinary Treatment of a Dilacerated Maxillary Central Incisor - A Clinical Report

The authors relate a multi disciplinary treatment of a 11 years old boy that came to the Pedodontics Clinic at Methodist University of São Paulo.The patient had an intruded and dilacerated maxillary central incisor that was injuring the soft tissue of the superior lips.After an endodontic evaluation, the authors used orthodontic removable appliances to extrude the tooth and move it to a better position and then, an esthetic restoration was done.
