Radiographs with Millimeter Screen - Alternative Method for The Calculation of Requested Space in the Mixed Dentition Analysis

To calculate the requested space (R. S.) in the mixed dentition analysis it is necessary to estimate the mesiodistal crown width of unerupted cuspid and bicuspid. Radiographs, prediction tables of dental size or a combination of these two procedures can make this. However, these methods present a mistake margin. This article proposes an alternative method for the calculation of R.S. in the aim of minimizing the mistakes due radiographic distortion.
