Infraocclusion of Ankylosed 2nd Deciduous Molars: Clinical Solution

The infraocclusion occurrence in deciduous molars is very common and the damage caused in the occlusion may be very serious, even irreversible. The aim of this paper is to present 2 clinical cases, one with an alternative treatment to ankylosed deciduous molars with severe infraocclusion and the other where it was possible the recovering of the lost space in the arch, preventing great damage to the occlusion. A literature review was done emphasizing the causes, consequences and treatment.
