This study presents the Orthodontic Vectorial Graph that shows a unique process to help the orthodontist to diagnose and elaborate with the aid of mathematics the plan of treatment. The aim of a “planning chart” is to standardize the process relating to the achievement of normal final occlusion. The readers might feel complex the use of the graph. However, when the orthodontist starts to put into practice he will find how easy and helpful it is to elaborate the treatment plan.
