The difficult in the correct register in the position of centric relation oppose with the fact that the dentist need to make the great part of his works in this craniomandibular position. The system R. O. C. A. (Relacion Oclusal Centrica Armonica) is proposed to be used by the clinican. Properly executed, the patient is able to close into centric relation unassisted, eliminating the possibility of operator-induced error associated with the commonly accepted manipulative techniques. The clinical use of this method is simple and efficient, making easy the professional’s work.
