CBCTBMF completed 50 years with many activities and actions for members

Dear members of the Brazilian College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Traumatology, the CBCTBMF celebrated 50 years during a period of pandemic, with enormous challenges, not only in the daily routine, adaptations imposed to the work of maxillofacial surgeons, but also from structural and organizational standpoints. In addition to all activities that this board has been developing during the 2018/2020 period, we were present in all communication channels, promoting weekly lives and publishing testimonies of former presidents, among other homages in social media. We have been working to keep our specialty recognized and valued by organizations as the Ministry of Health and the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS), for example, with an increase in the authorization of oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures by health insurance companies.
