Case report: Presents a conservative approach to reverse aesthetic alterations caused by enamel staining, in which it was decided to associate the microabrasion with a paste of pumice stone and 37% phosphoric acid gel, with in-office bleaching with 35% hydrogen peroxide (Whiteness HP Maxx, FGM). Results: It was observed a successful combination of the mentioned techniques to restore the smile esthetics. Conclusion: Since well planned, according to the etiology, intensity of discoloration and depth of the lesion, the application of microabrasion and dental bleaching is a viable option in the treatment of enamel stains.
