Anomalies in the Crown: Treatment Alternative on Orthodontics a Case Report

The purpose of this article is to discusse some indications of restaurative procedure in anomalies in the crown (supernumerary cusp) before orthodontic therapy. Results of this procedure solve difficulties in different phases of orthodontic treatment, also pointing out the arduousness in clinical management when the restaurative procedure isn’t alternative.
