The importance of maxillary central incisors symmetry on smile esthetics.

The aim of this paper isto present a case report of an adolescent patient withmoderate open bite, crowding and presence of asymmetrybetween maxillary central incisors. Although themalocclusion was of moderate complexity, the goal notonly was to correct it, but also to achieve optimal smileesthetic outcomes.
