Lower fixed 3x3 retainer: Description of a simple method of construction

The objective of the present paper was to describe the construction of a semi-rigid lower fixed retainer bonded from canine to canine. Conclusion: This retainer constructed with ligature wire has been one of the commonly used methods of retention at the end of the orthodontic treatment because it is simple, inexpensive and efficient in the prevention of the relapse of the lower anterior crowding.
