Due to the high number of orthodontic tube designs available on the market, without mentioning all prescriptions, the orthodontist might face a difficult dilemma: Which tube to use in a given appliance? Since there are many variables influencing such a choice and the room available for discussion is quite restricted, we will address only one of them. We will analyze the variation in the mesiodistal dimensions of orthodontic tubes.
